Suggestions And Complaints We always try to provide the best service possible, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened or that things could be handled better. We hope you will allow us to look into, and if necessary correct, any problems that you have identified. If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints please contact the practice manager, Mrs Marilyn Lewis, in person or in writing. The only way we can improve the quality of the service we provide is by listening to your suggestions. Abusive Or Violent Patients ABUSIVE OR VIOLENT PATIENTS WILL NOT BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR OR NURSE AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PRACTICE LIST IMMEDIATELY. Confidentiality You are assured of complete confidentiality from all members of the medical centre team with regard to both written and computer records held by us on your behalf. |
